Terms and Conditions
To reserve your space on the tour, a $500 deposit is required ($575 if paying by PayPal method). Upon reserving a space on the tour, you will be asked to sign an agreement detailing the points below, as well as liability waiver and payment schedule agreement (which will be clarified based on which tour you are participating in. In general, payment schedule requires deposit, with partial payment due three months ahead of tour, and final payment due 45 days prior to tour).
Please read carefully. Your deposit for the tour constitutes an agreement of all terms and conditions of the tour.
- The itinerary is set up as an example of what I have planned for your 10-day visit to Cairo. It is subject to change based on who and what is available at the time, as well as any changes made as a group or that I make as your coordinator, for realistic purposes. (For instance, if the museum is closed during your stay for some unforeseen reason, or if a teacher that you really wanted to study with happens to be out of the country during your stay, it is beyond my control – however, there are many options in Cairo and I will do my best to find something equally satisfying for you to do).
- You understand that you are financially responsible for your flight transportation to/from Egypt, as well as providing current passport and visa stamp for entry into the country, and any/all other items not included in the pre-paid trip (including but not limited to: all beverages, lunches, several dinners, souvenirs, costumes, additional excursions, etc).
- I reserve the right, due to the unique nature of this exclusive trip, to accept or reject anyone wishing to take part. There will be no discrimination based on sex, religion, race or national origin. If at any point during the trip, I feel that anyone’s behavior is detrimental to the trip, the participant will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to any refund for services not yet rendered. This is to ensure that all participants have the opportunity for the most enjoyable holiday!
- Upon reserving a space on the tour, payment schedule will be followed, or cancellation fees will apply.
- If I cancel the trip for any reason a full refund will be given. If you must cancel for medical reasons a refund will be given upon receipt of a medical certificate, or if you find a substitute to fill your reserved space on the trip. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the trip or hotel accommodation.
